| Description | This workshop will present the vocabulary of DEIA and its application to arts organizations. This includes unconscious bias, microaggressions, allyship, and becoming an anti-racist organization. We will examine and discuss how to build internal systems that enable the activation and integration of DEIA as integral to the day-to-day business. Participants can expect to participate in case study and discussions. |
