Performing Arts Readiness Project Director Tom Clareson will talk about a new national research project on succession planning in arts and cultural organizations and the tools to be created by this initiative. Jan Newcomb, Executive Director of the National Coalition for Arts’ Preparedness and Emergency Response, will talk about succession needs and solutions at the ten arts organizations she has led during her career.
